Since 2010, Dreamlight Studio has been providing a safe and friendly environment for students of all ages to explore and develop their passion for dance and the performing arts. We offer fun and exciting recreational, low-pressure dance and acting classes that are perfect for all experience levels. We believe in creating a fun learning atmosphere where students can be free from the stress of competition, therefore we offer no competitive classes at the studio. In addition to group dance and acting classes, Dreamlight also offers private one-on-one instruction in dance and acting, wedding dance instruction, and birthday party packages.
Dreamlight also offers a special Christian Worship Dance stream. This program allows students to explore and develop their skills in Christian worship dance. It is also perfect for those wishing to learn or merge traditional dance training in the dance style of their choice (jazz, tap, contemporary, etc.) with Christian music and worship. Classes also offered in flagging choreography and prophetic worship. Instruction available for all ages and experience levels. Click here to learn more about this special program!
What Makes Us Different:
At Dreamlight we strongly believe that you should not need to "break-the-bank" in order to enjoy the complete dance experience. We offer a month-to-month payment option -- no annual fees upfront! We offer sibling discounts and discounts to students who take multiple classes.
Students are given an opportunity to perform in a year-end recital every June. There is no additional fee for students to participate in the recitals, and a recital costume will never cost more than $20. Ever. We promise!
We keep group class sizes small, to ensure that each and every student receives the attention that they deserve. Dance classes will never have more than 9 students and acting classes will never have more than 12 students, thus ensuring that every child receives the best instruction possible and the attention they deserve.
We only use clean, age appropriate music, choreography, and costumes in all of our classes and recitals.
Our one-on-one lesson options allow for students to progress faster, in a program that has been customized just for them!
Dreamlight Studio also produces theatrical productions periodically (formerly under the name "Shooting Star Theatrics"), and this has provided the opportunity for students to be featured in community theatre musicals, as well as television episodes produced and aired by Cable14.

Anthony has been dancing and acting for seven years, specializing in tap. After seeing a Broadway show as a youth he was inspired to take up recreational dance lessons, and workshops in tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Anthony is a dance program facilitator at a local boys and girls club, where he coordinates and teaches tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop from ages 3-12. His experience extends to working with youth in Hamilton and Toronto for various summer camps and after school programs. He has won many special awards and overalls for his involvement in groups and duets. Anthony has also been a featured dancer in numerous musical theatre productions onstage. Anthony feels that dance is an inspiring and expressive form, and will be continuing to dance jazz with the University of Toronto Dance Collective.
