About Our Classes
Dreamlight Studio offers fun and exciting recreational, low-pressure dance and acting classes that are perfect for all experience levels. We strive to provide a safe and friendly environment for students of all ages to explore and develop their passion for dance and the performing arts. We believe in creating a fun learning atmosphere where students can be free from the stress of competition, therefore we offer no competitive classes at the studio. Registration for the Fall Season is open through the month of September. View the class schedule here. In addition to group dance and acting classes, Dreamlight also offers private one-on-one instruction in dance and acting, and birthday party packages.
What Makes Us Different:
At Dreamlight we strongly believe that you should not need to "break-the-bank" in order to enjoy the complete dance experience. We offer a month-to-month payment option -- no annual fees upfront! We offer sibling discounts and discounts to students who take multiple classes. There is no additional fee for students to participate in the recitals, and a recital costume will never cost more than $20. Ever. We promise!
Dreamlight has its own stage onsite, complete with full theatrical lighting and sound. Twice a year students are given the opportunity to perform a recital onstage. Because the recitals happen right at Dreamlight, there is less pressure on the students because they are already familiar with the space, and even get a chance to rehearse onstage during their class time.
Each student also receives two free recital tickets per class they are enrolled in to give to family or friends, with additional tickets available for only $5 each, and remember recital costumes will never cost more than $20!
We keep group class sizes small, to ensure that each and every student receives the attention that they deserve. The Tiny Tots classes will never have more than seven students, all other dance classes will never have more than eight students, thus ensuring that every child receives the best instruction possible and the attention they deserve.
We only use clean, age appropriate music, choreography, and costumes in our classes and recitals.
Dreamlight Studio Theatre (formerly Shooting Star Theatrics) also produces three musical productions on Dreamlight's stage annually, and this has provided the opportunity for students to be featured in community theatre musicals, as well as television episodes produced and aired by Cable14.
Thank you for exploring Dreamlight Studio. We can't wait to welcome you and share the magic of the performing arts with you!
